To produce the documents you use InterForm400, an
electronic forms management solution which gives
you total freedom in designing, handling and distributing
forms. InterForm400 handles the entire print workflow
of your IBM System i / AS/400 without any requirement
for reprogramming of your print applications. Electronic
forms are automatically selected based on print
data, and distributed to any HP PCL5 compatible
printer in your network, or through BlueFax as a
fax document or e-mail attachment to your clients.
Example:
An invoice is generated on
the IBM System i / AS/400. The hard copy is printed via
InterForm400 on a connected PCL5 laser printer,
locally or remotely located, a copy is sent to your
customer as a fax or an e-mail attachment via BlueFax.
Everything is done in the same process.
