Instead of printing your
documents, InterForm400 offers the opportunity of
creating the documents in PDF format. This is done
natively via the InterForm400 in-built PDF writer.
The documents could be saved in the Integrated File
System(IFS) for archiving or web-publishing purpose
or sent via e-mail.
E-mail
InterForm400 enables distribution of the created
PDF document via E-mail. The PDF file name and distribution
method can be based on the spool content, along
with the possibility of dynamically create the e-mail
content accompanying the PDF file attachment.
Sending your business documents via E-mail rather
then by normal mail or fax, will drastically reduce
your phone bill and cost on postage.
